They will give you 60-70% and if you ask what was wrong in my performance they wouldn’t give you any answers. 6. They think giving wfh would let them utilise the employees for the whole day. They literally kept the standup calls at 8:45am and our official shift starts at 9:30am

...frastructure, excellent job security. Work life balance will depends on project. One major issue was salary. Very less salary they offer compare to ther giants and techie. Even startup offer you huge package but this company won't. Apart from salary everything is good and fine. No major issue. Good management as well.

Great work culture. Good job security. The salary is either upto the market standards or better. Lot of scope for individual growth. Good number of onsite opportunities but these will be based on individual's experience and level of contributions to the project.

Work life balance will be missing in some projects. Increments and promotions are hard to come by unless you push for it.

...lift the call no matter what even If you're in urgent situation they won't care. Secondly, they will not pay the right money always, splitting your CTC as project allowance and when you move to the next project, allowance will be stopped and again you have beg with the HRs who's not gonna pick the call .. HR manager should manage their team properly I believe. Better you can wait for some days to get a good Job rather than HCL😭😞

Compensation is very low, no hike for 3 to 4 years, even is get Distinguished performance in appraisal no promotion, internal politics , work life balance is poor, HR also wont ask even a single question that why are u leaving this organization.
