... get any leaves in next 4 months like these leaves are just not meant for us. 5. The bonus component of CTC would never be given to you 100% . They will give you 60-70% and if you ask what was wrong in my performance they wouldn’t give you any answers. 6. They think giving wfh would let them utilise the employees for the whole day. They literally kept the standup calls at 8:45am and our official shift starts at 9:30am

Dislikes

They will give any increment after completing of years and give over work and also not gives variable pay as you had own. HR services is very baad and management is also very bed. Ther are no good manegement.

Salary is on time but other incentives, your promotion, your bonus, your increments etc are in Arrears, You will get it for sure but always in arrears, HR is not at all effective. Just like your Job which is stable, your salary will be stable as well, please do not expect any other thing except Stability. Company culture in terms of HR is not at all good, no major governance towards how management is calibrating an employee, how promotions are happening? That is the only reason I left HCLTech, otherwise, in other domains, might be the HR as people doing good things. HCLTech is a beautiful organization but some wrong people who are in that position to spoil the overall experience and culture, My advice is to hire good mature people in leadership positions and especially in HR domain. Please save this beautiful company and I'm the sure the top management are doing lots of things to streamlines the process down there but really need to put strong governance on middle management, specially in HR domain

Salary on time. Good peers

Dislikes

More than 6 months delay in appraisal cycles. No appraisal if you are L3 band and above 20LPA. My last two appraisals were zero. Management politics. Management too much egoistic.
