...ronment, one area that could be improved is the appraisal and promotion process. Delays in promotions and salary hikes can impact motivation and career growth. A more structured and timely appraisal system with competitive salary increments would enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Work environment and the culture is nice. Management is supportive. Company policies are good but the appraisals, hike and bonus do not meet up expectations. Great place and very good platform to learn.

Salary is descent and career growth is slow.

They Don't follow their own policies. Ex: Apprisal Year is April to March, Compensation hike as per policy will be in July, but the letter will be released in October. So they manage 2 quarter's.

I could see in most cases HCL is generally hiring resources who are serving notice period

You receive salary on time. That's it.

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.
