Recruiter promised that I will be receiving the entire variable pay for the first year but I received only for a month and from second month I have not even received 50 percent. No hike/night shift allowance for E3 and above bands . Every project have 3 managers (reporting manager, service managers, who will be part of HCL for 10 or 15 years ) , and who used to micromanage to an extreme, they will ask you to work on company holiday and they won’t approve your comp off or Pay for the holiday. Once the project is stabilised , they will release the highly paid resource to the bench

Hcltech is actually big organization and a good MNC to start. I'm actually fresher joined couple of months back in supply chain operation. But there are some things is there in some project. Like in our case has hybrid model but Reporting manager is forcefully say to come office only. Even my native location is in Kolkata. I want to relocate in Kolkata & work with that office. But I'm not very sure hcl has such policy or not however I didn't tell him. But due to the medical reason I need to go there i don't know how thing will manage. And if it's not happen i want to switch to Kolkata/chennai based project if possible in same lob's. If anyone can help me out regarding this pls I need your support actually!! Along with that, I have knowledge in excel advanced in data analyst role. I'm studying & learning about data analyst role. I have experience in excel advanced & power bi as well & basic sql knowledge. Thank you

Salary is very low for fresher compare to all other MNC. Growth is some where slow. Should to be a more professionalism from hr to reporting manager in all cases.

...omises that they made during interview will never going to happen after joining. Like Hybrid, cab , salary offered Night shift is the worst shift and HCL didn’t give any leverage over it. Like Allowance

HCLTECH is a good company to work with. The work-life balance is good, but it depends on the project/account. The work atmosphere is good.

HCLTech is one of the India's leading IT Services based organization. I will suggest to all the freshers to take an opportunity and get a MCN experience, HCL is the best for very earlier stage in your carrier. It's medical benefit is very nice.

.... Worst HR policy as a MNC organization. 3. Managent also not as good as MNC. 4. One the worst salary structure I ever seen in HCL. After changing HR policy CTC got effected and deduct more salary with the name of EPB bonus. 4. There is no job satisfaction dou to project allocation. Bench people doesn't know in what kind of project they will be assigned. 5. HCL talking project level interview as candidate experience with, after joined the project candidate can understand that project is not related to his/her experience. Now they can't do anything they has to continue or else registration. 6. Year after year people have to work with the same salary because HCL has leap yearly salary incriminate policy.
