Apart from job security , there is nothing. Also if you are fresher you can start your carrier since it is so called big MNC, but don't stay here more than 2 years if you are fresher.

It’s main headquarters is pretty good, if your first company is HCL then you need to switch in 1-2years for salary growth because appraisal is monthly performance based which means you would be getting appraisal marks on every 3 months like JFM, AMJ, JAS, OND so if your marks will always 8 or 9 out of 10 then you would be getting 10-15% hike max.

When anyone came with experience then they would provide good salary but same experienced employee who working with HCL would get 10%appraisal which is wrong

Good office environment and work life balance. For freshers there are lots of things to learn.

Very low salary in industry. Whatever the many good things but at last all depends on salary. Annual appraisal takes too much time. Approx 90 days notice period time. Once you are on Bench (without any project), no one response you for a single querry. Policies are not leaned towards employees. Better for retirement.

No salary increments; 3 months notice period so that you cannot job easily elsewhere. Despite my good interview with client indian management did politics and gave opportunity to someone else with less knowledge.

... then they ask you to resign as they don't have any requirement of that skill. Low Salary Hike. They only bother tech bees as they can work in low salary. Shift allowance is extremely low. Your annual rating is judged by your manager who doesn't bother that how much you are dedicated to work. Its only matter that how close you are with manager.
