Pay scale is very poor which is acceptable from a Indian IT company. If you are planning to join here i would suggest you to have atleast 4-5 years experience as you will get all the facilities such as Can etc.

More than 6 months delay in appraisal cycles. No appraisal if you are L3 band and above 20LPA. My last two appraisals were zero. Management politics. Management too much egoistic.

manager is supportive, can work on various projects , learing opportunity, big name in the market, med facility , internet and mobile recharge remursiment , easy work foreign client.

less salary , no promotion , less learning opportunity, no work life balance in my project, no hr support , no extra activities.

Best company for freshers who want to build carrer in a right path. Exceptional performers will always be rewarded with bonus and certificates. Job security is best in the market.

Dislikes

Promotions might delay even after recommendation. Experienced resources will face gradual hike in the pay scale which is not close the market rate. Work life balance might get affected during month end period due to workload.

... even I am in the HR, still we don’t have anywhere to go ! No work life balance. No salary hikes or fair appraisals despite hard work. Rude and very disrespectful colleagues and managers. Office politics at its peak ! No career growth or recognition. Employee well being is not a priority.
