there is a lot of politics and career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resine on the job training is not given to new joinees

Compensation and EPB policy is very bad. If you work for three years in the organization, you wont even get 2000rs hike. (Even though you are top performer). If you put down papers, company will cut all the previous year hike's by showing internal policies.

Great work life balance, this is the most important thing. You will get a lot time to live your life in your way. You will have lot of time for your personal development & skill development

Dislikes

Salary hike is point of worry. Please don’t expect hike. Negotiate as much as possible before your joining so that you will not have regret of being under paid but yes always remember your future salary also depends on what are you getting previously.

There's no work life balance, no proper hike, no promotions. Even if you get promotion you won't get much increment in salary, There is no shift allowance even for night shifts.

There is nothing to like about this company . No work culture , no growth , minimum salary is given just to hang you by a thread . Employees are being exploited in the name of company policies.
