3 Complaints - Salary hike is poor, even with Exception performance rating you get 5-6% hike only which is unfair. - Salary component has Advanced performance bonus which is deducted when you leave the company depending on the month, This policy has been mentioned by legal experts as unethical and a case is filed by Labour Union against HCL. - No paid medical Leave which is also against Labour Laws. HCL higher management has to remove these unethical policies as many employees leave the company just because of this regressive policies.

Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .

I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.

Apart from job security , there is nothing. Also if you are fresher you can start your carrier since it is so called big MNC, but don't stay here more than 2 years if you are fresher.

Suggest how to switch support to MERN

Hey there! I'm working in HCLTECH and have 3 years of experience in a support project simple copy and paste. I have learned HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.js , Node.ja (MERN stack). Also giving an interview right now 10-11 I have appeared. Not selected anywhere. Some interviews I have answered all questions but I didn't hear back. Asking for expected CTC 8 lpa and current is 4lpa. Please suggest how to crack a MERN interview. Do I need to be ready for machine coding rounds Because in the first round I have an idea right now, javascript basics, some coding questions on array and strings also concept of react and node. Please suggest what areas I should focus on. How to tell the interviewer I am a MERN developer not working on a support project because one interviewer had doubts. If someone switched please share your experience Thank you all for your time.
