...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn' address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to New joiners.

...omises that they made during interview will never going to happen after joining. Like Hybrid, cab , salary offered Night shift is the worst shift and HCL didn’t give any leverage over it. Like Allowance

... since I joined HCL. They come up with a new excuse to not give hike in salery. After completing 6 years in HCL, I am still on the same package. If you change and rejoin then you will get a better offer

Worst pay raise system in place. The amount of appraisal you get in HCL in 5 years is what you can get in a year in other company. Worst higher management.

poor management, unprofessional bosses/ mangers/leads, micromanagement, salary deduction, I worked for whole month they deducted my whole month salary, not paid well, no Holidays given to you.
