Policies are well in place (although never to be followed), salary credits on time, no one bothers even if you sit idle for entire day since your RM & top management is sleeping (which is mostly the case) , TL can not ask team members to work so their work life balance is fantastic. TL & middle managers are like drums (anyone can beat & go) . People who just make noise are super hero even though they are good for nothing.

Most unethical company I have ever worked for. HR is pathetic who would listen nothing against RM & should be better be replaced by robots who would just say to contact RM. Any big idea is seen by management as a rocket to be made which they are very afraid to even listen (capability to understand is remote possibility) . No or negligible annual increments, RM may take anything on a personal level & will not hesitate to ruin your career (supported by HR) . No feedbacks or constructive meetings, Management may wake up after 3 years to judge capability of a fish by making it climb a tree. Managers are hired as scapegoats who are told their performance is not good & their life is made miserable just to hide top management's own inefficiency & protect favourite people Overall, god bless this company as they are on self destruction mission

Work Life Balance is good, However it totally depends on the team you are working with.

  • Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Policies are of no use. Not at all concerned about employee wellfare. Compensations are not at all competitive. Appraisal cycle are not at all consistent. Very Bureaucratic culture.

No remuneration . Got promoted to management role, but salary not revised as per role. No opportunity for career growth and support for right salary, recognition. Always retaining as under paid.

Appraisal cycle is on the toss. You will have sacrifices at least 6 to 9 months of bonus and variable pay every year. No compensation for 6 to 9 month is paid if you are position is manger and above.
