Every one has to finish 45 mandatory trainings in HCL next Retaliation will happen in their client paypal TMIS project and PEAK project. 8. In PEAK project, Praveen won't tell anything clearly about Big Query workflow in KT and asked me to give reverse KT, I tried explaining all basic terms I understood and explained each n every line in SQL , then he told am not good at SQL.. Retaliation happen with Supratim Roy his friend did same. Atlast I lost my job due to this Retaliation and no project situation.

Work life balance you will get but on the other hand salary, employee benefits, appraisals are not even ok ok. Whatever you are getting at the time of hiring just keep it that amount . Don't expect

Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .

I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.

Apart from job security , there is nothing. Also if you are fresher you can start your carrier since it is so called big MNC, but don't stay here more than 2 years if you are fresher.
