...al life. Strict 5 days work from office is necessary . No work life balance. If you ask for early release they will deduct the salary . Growth - 0 Appraisal - Slowest process. Even amazon gives fast delivery but hcl takes 16 months for Appraisal. Worst experience !!!!

However, a huge chunk of the offered CTC has gone into variable components(EPB bonus, performance bonus). Can you guys please share if hcltech pays the EPB bonus fully/ Month?
