...eciate the policy and work culture of HCL and good platform to learn new things. Overall experience is good for me but regarding the salary hike it is worst than ever.

Specially appraisal policy even getting the highest rating in appraisal there may be situation that you will get 0% hike in your compensation.

HCL offers stable job security; however, career growth opportunities, including promotions, rewards, and salary increments, are limited. Working harder or more dedicatedly often results in being assigned additional responsibilities rather than receiving recognition through salary increases or promotions.

Work life balance you will get but on the other hand salary, employee benefits, appraisals are not even ok ok. Whatever you are getting at the time of hiring just keep it that amount . Don't expect

Negligible appraisal. No promotions . There is no standard of giving salary. Junior employee in same team with lower band could have higher salary than senior with upper band. They do not give any goodies on Diwali/new year. They do not give any money on referrals. Just the extra miles points.

In HCL salary breakup is a biggest scam. Because if you are joining company with 15 LPA, your take home will be around 95K. Remaining 30k is not assured to return to you. So please dont join HCL if your family is fully depends only on your salary.
