Giving here my one year I felt like I am working with some kind of new startup who doesn't know how to do business, they just assign you new new task that are not a part of your job also.

The program at the product is nice

They way the employees are treated, high pressure job, no time for personal work, 24*7 work only you get time to sleep, management is always dominating and only one way communication is there, many a times Sunday's are also working also company holidays, public holidays or government holiday or your personal leave you are never mentally free even on leave you have to work, management and company culture is very poor with a very high ego where you can't ask for guidance or support as people are very closed minded, always threatening you regarding job to get the work done

Un necessary pressure by senior ,You are of role employee if you are on contract with this company, they will treat you as a third party employee. Since product is not push product ,sale will come during mar ch April only. Leadership at state level and Zonal level lack vision and have expertise of making mockery people.i recommend people not to join as their clearly lack system.

Note: This & above feedback is about only Alois Technologies: Worst ever company I worked for Alois Technologies. It is a completely unprofessional company, they don't care about their employee, they don't respond to their employee, just deploy & forget policy. They don't have any standards

I am currently working at HCL Technologies, Lucknow, salaries are always on time.

HCL Lucknow is totally an arbitrary work culture, the company's policies are deceiving, and discriminating. HCL Technologies Lucknow is only good in its fancy emails, and definitely not the best place to work at.
