HCL is a great platform not only as an Employer but also as a place where you get to learn and groom your skills. HCL has been supportive throughout the COVID lockdown by promoting WFH culture.

Even after giving more than 100% there has been no appraisal, no compensation and no promotion.

CTC they offered and hand on salary was not same. HR shared information will joining was not matches with giving benefits. Leave policy was not satisfied. Managers are not giving free hand learn new technology. Managers are not rude but they always give new tasks.

Everything including culture, work life, salary, promotion. They won't pay variable pay. Unnecessary deductions in salary with no reason. If we ask They will not respond but close the ticket telling policy without telling what policy says.

If we are looking for cool life then its good.. Work culture is good we can easily balance the prof and personal life.

Dislikes

Don't expect the hike and promotions. If we are working for pay then I shouldn't recommand this company but am sure the life will go cool with less work presure here

Career is jigsaw puzzle ,you will have to solve and find out your responsibility which as fresher was difficult to know right from beginning though it helped you grow and mature as individual.
