...ry, people join HCL with the satisfaction of job security and work satisfaction. However culture here in HCL is very poor, work life balance is poor , compensation and benefits are also marginal only.

Dislikes

CTC they offered and hand on salary was not same. HR shared information will joining was not matches with giving benefits. Leave policy was not satisfied. Managers are not giving free hand learn new technology. Managers are not rude but they always give new tasks.

Only what I can see good is job security but also the other factors which can push you to lose your job.

Dislikes

Promising hybrid from last August but no solution, as per then for few employees they are not doing at for so called "team chain" Less salary with a huge 3.8% hike Can not see promotion untill you are a management employee Work satisfaction was good till some time but company has ruined it well. Culture 😀, irritating management, promising to provide recognition for extra performers which was mentioned 2 months back and now there is nothing 😀.
