There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. I spend 8 years with this company but no growth no good salary. Increment also bad.

...gement is transparent . there js a hue cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Micro management,compensation, rewards, appreciation for hardwork...basically everything expect reason stated above.

Senior management needs improvement especially HR( Monica Singh) who was immune to employees issue they were one-sided to the company management.
