There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. I spend 8 years with this company but no growth no good salary. Increment also bad.

...gement is transparent . there js a hue cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Establishes excellent bond between same grade employees as all of us are going through the same experience. And yes job security.

Micro management,compensation, rewards, appreciation for hardwork...basically everything expect reason stated above.

It's a nice company at technical and services level. I liked my teammates I have worked with, training given by company time to time and company's work environment also.

Compensation is good but not so much satisfactory.

Various opportunity to develop skills on hardware and networking and Server . It is perfect organisation for learner.

Salary structure is very poor also the employees how join in the project in contract basis they will wait long time for get in to permanent structure.
