Work environment is so good, everyone is supportive, lots of things to learn here.

Don’t give good salary but takes lot of work, increment is also not good. Company is good for freshers but not for experienced one.

...permanent contract,so no sufficient leave policies and no job security ofcourse. Though it's a reputed company ,you can't expect a decent package. Since I got opportunity to work there I would give 3 star. Few colleagues are really friendly and helpful.

I dislike conflicts with the team members and colleagues. However, I am aware that these things are part of our working and human nature. For better outcome and progress we should learn to live with them too.

Dislike the appraisal part and below the expectations increment. And one more thing no IJP HR team declare IJP but no interview conducted and post will be given anonymously to anyone. Most of time I hv given feedback but no positive response came from HR. and no one is ready to listen.
