There is a lot of politic and the management doesn't address our issues . salary is decent of 2yera before which you connot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

For me working at HCL Foundation had been very satisfactory and enriching. So I don't precisely dislike anything.

Fancy office, good team members, systems too stringent and lenghty that make it impossible to work, sucker for protocol, bear expenses for office out of your own pocket.

You dont work for the organization, you work to please one person.

During four year of my working experience,work culture as well as environment, teammates behaviour are very cooperative.i am working on different vertical that is livelihood,WASH,PRI, Agriculture Infrastructure and Health so I have lots of experience as to manga and implement desired work as well as also have experience to control team at field level.

Every thing is good in the organisation but I want to change my job for carriere grouth and also want to change work location that are near to my home because parsent Time I am doing my job at lucknow that is 1000 km from my home location
