Dislikes

...oyees are not treated with respect, while only senior staff receive recognition. The owners lack professionalism and fairness, offering a meager salary of just ₹10,000, which is paid in cash. Additionally, more than 20 employees are working here illegally. When an employee decides to leave, their salary is often withheld. Moreover, the company manager lacks the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.

Likes

The good thing about this company is hiring. The hiring process is very simple. Go there and meet with owners, they will offer you 9K salary and just start your work. hahahahaha

Dislikes

HBS solutions is not a good company for working. Here owners are very unprofessional and do not bother about employees hard word and his/her growth. This company do not provide social security like PF,ESI whereas more than 40 employees have been working there (which is against the government polies). The staff is very unprofessional and behave badly with customers.

I like the most in HBS tallly solution is... The Trainer Raman sir is best and give training with full zeal and interest & very helpful for new trainees candidate. He always motivate new candidates to learn and grow in future.

Dislikes

I dislike in HBS tally solutiomln is... There is no facility of EPF & ESI for employees future security.
