The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.As a result,I get to travel abroad,especially to the US and Canada.But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location.Mine is a US based client and have some offices in Toronto,hence I got a B1 visa quickly.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee 're-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Managers do not value an individuals,unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of times.I do receive appreciation emails from my client,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.Also,there is no on-job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is a pain sometimes.

Salary increase, working with this company 5 years before also work in Hdfc but fine support company payroll 4.5 years. Overall I am work more than 9 years but salary not interested.i will work again high salary

It's a good company. I worked with this one year work. It's company salary is on time. Proper product training good environment and culture. Anuaally appraisal also. If candidate want to make build up a great career in this company. According to me overall this is a very good chance if you join it. Where you can learn lot of things.

According to me hiring process is much long. After interview appointment letter is come Within 10-15days. Travells allowence paid only starting 3months for new candidate after that don't paid. I don't like this part. If candidate competed 3-5years this organization then he will promoted to banking on role but doesn't possible.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Company with syster concern status, no role of HR. Company takes all decision based on HDFCBANK Sales Managers demand. No scope for growth inside company. Draging for 03 - 04 years to reach PB Sales job in HDFCBANK.

Dislikes

No salary satisfaction, no worklife balance, no company ethics in anywhere. HR dependent on HDFCBANK Sales Manager.
