very very terrible working behavior and unknown fear in the organization. I never recommend to anybody to go and spoil life there.

...do regular liking Mr. Abhik and Ms. Nandita shoes and buttering all the time. Salary- never come on time. only 1200 INR year to year increase in salary. work life balance- there is no work life balance. since morning 10:00 AM to night 10:30 Pm they want employees stay in the office. If any ccandidate go before this timings they are fired him/her immediately.

Job security is good, and work culture is excellent, no one can even think that a corporate can have this amazing type of culture. Management support so much. Company having great policies as we (HBG) is first corporate medical assistance company which is Accredited by NABH so the every policy is written on proper documents and followed by every employee.

The working environment is good in HBG company. We work like the unity and help each other. The working policies is also good. The culture of the office is to good. I have learnt everything in the office.
