very very terrible working behavior and unknown fear in the organization. I never recommend to anybody to go and spoil life there.

in my 4-5 years of carrier, everything is very very poor there. Teammates- Average Training- Terrible Job Security- Every day is the last day there. 101% no job security Career growth- Higher Level Management spoiled the carrier of all the employees. even they have also bad intention that if any candidate is joined there after some days Higher Level Management feel jealousy with the candidates. Very bad atmosphere. Only some candidates suffer there who do regular liking Mr. Abhik and Ms. Nandita shoes and buttering all the time. Salary- never come on time. only 1200 INR year to year increase in salary. work life balance- there is no work life balance. since morning 10:00 AM to night 10:30 Pm they want employees stay in the office.
