New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...t is transparent. There is a big small cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every quarter.

...is a really good thing. The cab facility is free and one time meal is also free. The salary is 100% according to offer letter. There are no hidden deductions in the salary structure as compared to when I was working in TCS.

Dislikes

The environment should be more of a role model kind. The management and leadership roles should be taken extensively by the senior management. The goals should be somewhat more realistic and employees should be given a chance to be heard by their seniors. The people don't take initiative for doing something new or creative. they just want to complete their work or get their work completed. The managers and seniors should be on the same page which they are not.
