Every thing is okay at here including weather condition, staffs, job security even good leadership.

Dislikes

Only salary is low. Because it is paid according to government scale and the national salary scale is comparatively very low. The compensation for house allowance will not cover the cost even 10% of the rent.

I really have loved to worked over there, bcz., I handled management subject for UG students. And moreover the climate condition, the Ethiopian' s culture, custom, foods, and lifestyle ect.,

I don't like work environment, salary, career growth .

Working at Hawassa University is a boon for academicians. Academicians are being encouraged by the top officials to enrich smooth teaching and learning process. Staff members are being motivated to undertake research works independently through sponsorship.
