There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is late and some times they give after 2 month and career growth is slow. you cannot resign before 6 month notice period and if you do then you have pay remaining gross salary to companies

I don't like working in hawa valves as everyday forcefully late seating for work. Heavy work load and no output. No any kind of facilities

Work culture is absolutely bad. MD is asking for job security like they will deduct initially 49% salary amount till 6 months and those amount will release after two years. At the time of offer latter, they will show you tha mukkhan like you will get increament after confirmation. But they didn't give easily confirmation til completion of 1.5 years. And if you confirm then don't give increament. Salary is always delayed no fixed date and never earlier. You will never get Job security. They will remove anytime without notice. If you resign then they deduct money. They will show bonus in CTC and at the time of Diwali they will say company is running fund issue so will release next time or they release partially and balance they don't. Heavy work load so they forced to seat till late 7-8 pm. Poor planning. Financial very weak. They giving more importance to their religion.

Absolutely bad working structure, thye are financial very bad and due that working with hawa valves is very risky job security.

... u come 2 minute late then they deduct salary whether u can seat late or not. In CTC they called u will get bonus but they don't give. Very unplanned work culture. Non of any dept is working with plan. All customer products delivery too late due to financial issues as they have not paid suppliers payments

...a Valves. Good environment and culture.Management is supportive and transparent. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It is very nice working in Hawa Valves India Pvt Ltd, having hands on direct experience to work on all specialized applications valves and also get reach experience while dealing with all Oil Majors like Aramco, Adnoc, Shell in detail on their various projects. Technically a lot to learn while working with Hawa Valves who is maintain all the quality parameters throughout the system and deliver high class special valves to the prestigious Customers.
