New mangements only concerned about cost cutting and saving cost even if it impacts business ,they take illogical decisions ,pressurise middlevel manager with illogical targets n data to work on .

Company Culture and Environment is good to work. Seniors are Supportive. Managament is very professional and transperent about their policies. Every year they are giving Bonus and Incentives also as per the Performances. Salary gives on proper timing. Claims policies are also good and will be cleared within 20-25 Days.

Dislikes

Salary hikes and Promotions we cant expect here even after giving a Good performances. Like all the Organisations here is also a Politics.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very very high. sometimes, i have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the evening.
