Work Life Balance is good. Fix working hours. 5 Days a week. Good learning exposure for ME engineers through daily work routine. (Purchase point of view)

Dislikes

Its big MNC worldwide but In India, It’s small scale organisation. Turnover less than 100 Cr. Less than 100 People working in total. No training or dedicated workshops for employees learning or growth. There is No specific HR or Admin team, present in organisation, who can conduct any cultural programs or activities, empowering employees mindset or scaling confidence or motivation in employees. Recommended only for Freshers, who are willing to learn and grow in all 4 dimensional as there is specific KPI for all cross functional teams. Management is very volatile and unpredictable as it’s a family based organisation in Germany and still majority of decisions are carried by family board members only.

I had the best experience at Haver and Boecker India. The MD Mr. Wirth is a noble and jovial person, and treats everyone with so much respect. And the HoD Finance is a gem of a person and a true professional. I had so much opportunity to learn and grow at HB. Great work life balance. The company culture is excellent. They treat you like family. They provide medical coverage to you and your family is well. During tough pandemic times, the company paid the salaries on time without any deductions (mostly everyone everyone was at home during initial lockdown in March and April 2020, yet they paid the full salaries and didn't make any deductions in leave either). During the second wave, I have seen the company personally make efforts to ensure proper hospitalization of the staff members offering assistance and help wherever required (even financial). You will hardly get to see you this kind of dedication and loyalty towards the staff by a company. It's this beautiful family culture encouraged by the company founders and owners. The sole reason I left the job was coz I was moving cities for my marriage. I will totally recommend this company to one and all.

As its a German MNC.... But here nothing like MNC... Worst management.. Full politics... And toxic work culture.... Plz don't join this company. Yes you will be very comfortable at your work But your skills are going to be rusty... Management won't let you use your skills in this company.
