Overall company calture are to good, i worked hatsun agro as sale executive Company gave a payment time to time but TA DA pay weekly I'm not happy with that because any bank can't given a loan due this type weekly payments

TEAM HANDLING, professional tax first month take, salary very low, timing not follow up commonly, only trust RSM words, if employees will resign no enquiry, highest rank employees( like GM, VP) not discuss with franchises. Etc etc. no weekly off , no holidays, company give holiday for formality but RSM never give leave and Sunday also, UNEDUCATED PEOPLE ONLY WORKING HERE I THINK,

Good work environment and culture . Company policies are good they give good salary hike and bonus every year according to your performance. Starting stages will be but difficult before learning about process and how to do work after that its just day to day problems while you face during production.

...e job role requires more travelling, then you probably have a lot of allowances. 3x your salary when you travel.

Dislikes

.... If you go above you're hierarchy order, people start to treat you differently. In terms of salary, fresher salary is really low. experienced people get a good package.
