...nt is awesome 2) We have the freedom to work 3) SOP of the company is excellent. Will get the on time salary.

1) You cannot expect recognition for your work from your department head 2) There will be lot of internal polities with-in the department 3) Appraisal with be very low for low pay scale employees 4) Appraisal will be given to person who act as if there are good to their departmental head

Overall company calture are to good, i worked hatsun agro as sale executive Company gave a payment time to time but TA DA pay weekly I'm not happy with that because any bank can't given a loan due this type weekly payments

I'm personally not satisfied with Work - life balance Job was not secure

TEAM HANDLING, professional tax first month take, salary very low, timing not follow up commonly, only trust RSM words, if employees will resign no enquiry, highest rank employees( like GM, VP) not discuss with franchises. Etc etc. no weekly off , no holidays, company give holiday for formality but RSM never give leave and Sunday also, UNEDUCATED PEOPLE ONLY WORKING HERE I THINK,

Good work environment and culture . Company policies are good they give good salary hike and bonus every year according to your performance. Starting stages will be but difficult before learning about process and how to do work after that its just day to day problems while you face during production.
