It's good to work here. It is like a school where new students come and learn about the working process through which they go any other companies where they can work any level of stress.

Dislikes

Salary benefits are very very poor at low level. Also it cuts half of your salary from CTC. If you have any strong connection here then you can get promotion otherwise not that good. Company culture is good for Gujaratis not for out of this state. If you work in shift then forget about your week-off. They don't give your week-off as per your requirement.

There is no clarity in placing the brand Snowcem Paints in the market. Vision is just figure only No policy to build long term relationship with business partners Lack of proper market research and analysis Poor TA&DA

...good for me. Your job is secure. Career growth is increase as per experienced. My salary is 5000/- Travel bus available. Work environment is very good near to barda mountain. Work life is balance , quarter is available near to company.

Working Environment & Interpersonal relationship is good. Good brand in market due to Quality of product. ISO Certified Company for QMS, EMS & OHSMS. IMS-Systems are well established. Anybody can learn lots of things due to nos. of problems/ issues/ context & breakdowns.

Top Management has not Mission, Vision & Policy. No Proactive approach at all. Salary structure is poor as well very imbalance. Financial Condition is poor since beginning, never profited company. There is no any mechanism or system for increments & promotions. GSCL have nos. of problems/ issues/ context & breakdowns. At present big issue is company has facing problem regarding main Raw Materials, i.e. Lime Stone due to company have mining related issues.

Working at the head office might be decent, but for freshers in the branch offices, it's a nightmare. Regional Heads are unhelpful, and the HR support is almost non-existent. Freshers get little to no guidance, and it's tough to grow in such an environment. Not a great place to start your career
