The ceo of the company itself review codes of each employee. since it is startup it helps me to gain knowledge, apart from that nothing is good.

One of the worst employers in Kolkata. Small company with hardly 25 employees and no other locations other than Kolkata. They show off and project themselves to be a 5000 people company having global offices! Terrible management with severe behavioural issues and disrespectful attitude. No hierarchy. Entirely run and micro-managed by a single person. No fixed working hours, poor work-life balance, no employee benefits, no appreciation for good work, no growth prospects. Hire-and-fire is a common thing here.
