Nothing to like except on-time salary and WFH facility during Covid-19

One of the worst employers in Kolkata. Small company with hardly 25 employees and no other locations other than Kolkata. They show off and project themselves to be a 5000 people company having global offices! Terrible management with severe behavioural issues and disrespectful attitude. No hierarchy. Entirely run and micro-managed by a single person. No fixed working hours, poor work-life balance, no employee benefits, no appreciation for good work, no growth prospects. Hire-and-fire is a common thing here.

... give you any appreciation and call in the midnight to resolve the client issue. Deducted my salary few times althought i was sick and applied for sick leave. The ceo of the company itself review codes of each employee. since it is startup it helps me to gain knowledge, apart from that nothing is good.

It's an in-trend industry with enormous potential to flourish. Very young team to work with. Considerate management. Ample opportunity to learn and grow.

HashCash’s work culture is something that amazes me. Providing on-time salary and flexible work hours during the pandemic, everything seems to be going pretty easy through the hard times.
