Everything, the unprofessionalism is so high, the sword is always on your neck and they do not see you for work. Company is full of biased management

I was asked by the VP of the company to walk out from the company as they didn't like the way I work but sadly their first project was made a success by my continuous effort but they said the client had given bad feedback about me. Some day the client called me back not knowing I was fired from there, I asked them they said they were not happy with the way I handled the project but amazing to know that my VP lied to me and after firing me they paid my last salary almost 6months later during the lockdown period. The company consists of only brown-nosing people who are good at being sycophant can survive in the organization
