There was Good work environment and culture. My Teammatesare supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.and I was achieved two reward also.

Time spent best in HAP 1st,but was not according to my quality and future.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't consider our issues.salery is too low. My officer wrote my resign without inform me but I couldn't do anything.

To eradict the social illness, crime control and good governance but there are so many hardals like political, economic, manpower, resources etc.

Dislikes

There is no system of working,postings, promotion, lack of facilities, ignorance of laws and untrand practice.
