... worked here around one year during this time I got many friends as a coulegue .we worked with fun actually salary was fixed but plus point was lucrative incentives . everyday we learnt something new by morning and evening briefing session.

Dislikes

...e but growth is slow hence I've worked with outbound calls and inbound as well .So there is not much pressure for work but salary was fixed for the whole year which is basic need for an employee.

Here i am working as a part of payroll of hartron comunication ltd, in hartron is bussniss part partner of company and then third party company is hire a employee for hartron then hartron provide a salary own payroll. here enviroment is to good, each and every hall to chilled in summer,cafeteria is to good and to big.

* third party business partner. * salary never be come on time. * drinking water never clean in summer time. * In hartron role and responsibilty not good. * talk about pf in hartron pf of some Employee is cut and some employee not cut. * canteen not applicable inside in hartron. * free transport not avilable for girls. * seven days open in a month

There is nothing to like about Hartron, no work culture, no job security, HR presence is nowhere, dont join this company at all.

Dislikes

No job security, no higher management presence in any matter, they make rules on daily basis that too verbally, no proper leave system.

Likes

Hartron communications limited is a company where I had the best experience of my life. From manager, TL and the CEO of the company, were so helpful and felt like I'm working with my family. I started here as a sales executive but got promoted in a month. It is the best part of working in hartron that you get recognised here if you really work hard and honestly . At last , I will always be greatful to my TL who saw potential in me and always encouraged me to do my best.

Dislikes

One of the minor drawback of working at hartron is that you get liverages where in an employee gets comfortable. And being comfortable will take you nowhere.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a hige cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company polocies are good Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the Management doesn't address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees
