I am working this company 4 Months work experience not good. Because Marketing Planning not cleared no Brand Guidelines. Management and Managers not Supporting References for good work on this company politics.

The company is a great platform to learn new things.. It’s gives you exposure as a result you learn a lot in a short span of time. The overall culture is also good. My manager helps me most of times and gives me challenging roles daily. The company has been very careful and helpful on all related covid issues. No deduction in any salary in fact they helped us get my family and me vaccinated like other team members. Things like these really make you feel happy and satisfied

...timeline and pressure goes on design and execution. So lot of pressure is there. Salary structure can be much better and also.

...ussed all options with team members and not even a single lay off in Covid time. Everybody getting below 20,000 salary is getting full salary. Times like these give you motivation to work for a long term

Local politics in the office, like employees from Punjab, Himachal and Haryana together talk to the outsider with hatred and look down upon him. No one wants to let an outsider stay there. They do whatever they want.
