No body mind on you and your training but they expect more from you.they won't ready to give good salary and increment, learning is not so good for,if anything goes wrong senior blames entry level people's.

Because your work will get critisize You have to focus on dispatch only No training will be provided No timing you have to come in morning and you can leave at 11pm Most importantly increment will very less No respect for the designation which management will give you
