1.Job is project based and appointment is being done as per project period.

Since it is an NGO and it is basically working on rural areas for developing of the poorest of the poor. And although am not directly involved in field location but love to do for those needy people . Enjoyed working with this organization .

Dislikes

Career growth is zero here. The most important thing is that the higher authority do not value an individuals strength and behavior wise so rude. so i want to quit this job as soon as possible.
