They will kick you out anytime they want at COVID they kicked me out, salary will be on time don’t expect incentives on time it will hardly take up to two months. High pressure and lot of politics.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high .some times i have to work 12 hrs straight in a day as i have attended customer calls in the evening and some times late into the night .service manager do not value an individuals unique strengthswhich is why i have to takeback my suggestions most of the times .service manager even though talking irrespective with service advisors he is not giving value for those people

No one is ready to listen you. No respect to performer and non performer. They will not follow sales ethics. No professionalism in handling person. chance for growth is zero. Worst paymaster, they don't have proper sales scheme and incentive policy.
