The culture it was rasict and little slave like last one in doesn't get any breaks and the boss do not care about you. And it is very racist. If you're not like them like hunting and so forth you will not be favoured

The company which is comfortable for the elders who doesn't have any commitments and worry about financial background..

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There are no chances to learn new things to grow up and enhance the skills.. so much of politics around the people.. There are no proper recognition even if you work hard and satisfying customer as well until and unless manager likes the person as they are expected to be a servent under thier management then only they will be get recognised and rewarded Micro management..

Not good for worker Indian mangent. Not growth for workers. Many facility not give by company. Company and worker relation not good reason by bad management by rule. Because is my job world 5 dangerous job done by hot slag handling operation of operator work.
