...with good rating even if targets are not achieved, while others are more strict. It depends on your department head Salary for the work you do is extremely low. Work culture is a bit uncertain . Some people are extremely toxic while some are genuinely good. It’s how you navigate through that.

The bonding between the people is so amazing. Everyone stands and work together to beat all odds. Together we have overcome many crisis

Dislikes

Conventional organization still holding on to old techniques. Too many variables in the form of rains/weather/Market demands/Commodity Prices/Govt regulations make business difficult and reaching to a stable financial situation is very tight

Work time was balanced. And could easily study about how a ware house woros

Their support towards contractors. Which made more problems to contract workers. And company executives were not bothered about issues happening towards contract workers

Culture of the company is good, company has been among the best companies to work award winners since 2014 onwards.

Strategic awareness has to be improved, Awards and other things has to be based on true performance.

This is the company where I can meet any top management and share my thoughts professional and personal. I am an engg graduate but got the opportunity to do my leadership programmes in IIM. Even we have happiness council where we discuss the issues and take action to resolve it. The trust and believe we are having for team members is extraordinary.
