Work 12hrs even on weekends. Intel WVP project is worst Director Gian Chand is money minded and never care for employees. Saravanan - He will support only Tamil guys. If you see, all the leads are Tamil and only one northie (Since she is a lady) Best place to work for Tamilians and moderate for Mallus. Worst place for Kannadigas. As local people will be always screwed. Weekend support with no benefits Worst cafeteria ever. Didn't provide food during Covid after a huge fight with Management they agreed but the food was provided along with Cockroaches and other insects. Suggestion: Dont eat this cafeteria food without examining Join this company. Don't perform weel. they will move you to bench and pick up a good project which you like. Regional based treatment Gender based and they support only women employees

Harman is a good company to work as a fresher and also as an experienced person. The management is really employee friendly and takes employees' needs into consideration. I was with Harman for 4 years and there were no layoffs or any negative experiences. They also offer good health benefits. HR's easily reachable and supportive at all points. There is a cafeteria that serves veg and non-veg food at separate counters. There will be quarterly team outings or Lunches.

Dislikes

1. Salary offered to fresher is not competitive. 2. Not to join Harman for an internship or as a trainee as Harman provides very low pay for this level and more work is extracted.

I worked in the client location in the client office, only once did i meetup with 5-6 harman employees, so could not really imbibe much in the company culture

Salary is the only best part, they give you salary what you asked. After that you forget your personal life, health, mental peace, family. "If you want ONLY money than it is right place for you."

Dislikes

Next level politics, partially (if you are from same state or city of your boss than it is great place), Hug partiality with West, North & East guys because most of peoples are from south India.

No Management Worst work culture. Toxic people, you will never feel valued and comfortable with manager. People who have been there for more than 10years are the real spoiler of work environment. They don't care what management has said to them...Not at all good place to work. It was horrible experience.
