Salary is good and flexible work environment

Work culture, job security, extreme politics and partiality. Not sure if the salary and flexibility given just to use resources and the moment their work is done - you will be target.

Good compensation, good employee rewards and gifts, good clients

I worked in the client location in the client office, only once did i meetup with 5-6 harman employees, so could not really imbibe much in the company culture

Pune office Management is supportive. Good hike % if your excellent performer. Hybrid Work Policy. HR is also supportive. Currently working for client so Harman does not disturb and only communicates during appraisal cycle. Lots of new learning during project execution

Dislikes

...p to the mark. Difficult to have work-like balance but depends on the project. Salary is not as per market even though %hike is good.

Work culture is good, managers listens to our concerns.

Dislikes

Hikes are less even with good performance record. They give more salary to the new joiners even their skill level is same as the currently working ones.

They give salary on time. Training for interns are really good and helpful.

Dislikes

They put freshers on benched project and take multiple surprise tests and later says this are part of project and no real life project work given. Gave low ratings intentionally and put into pip for cost cutting and layoff. Very rude behaviour of HR. Called for wfo and manager himself don't come to office. forced to resign.(in my team 7 people out of 14) Don't give bonus on time. Manager don't contact or help his team members. Asked for resignation just after 2 days of calling people to do wfo. Don't give written documentation about the discussions in meetings so that they can lie in future discussions or team calls.
