Here it depends on the project we are in whether we enjoy working here or not. If you are in a project you will enjoy here otherwise will have a very hard time throughout.

Dislikes

They don't recognise the work done by the employee.. employee will not have any growth terms of career like salary and promotion.

Work life balance is good, Culture is good. Salary on time , insurance , team outing and many programmes like men'sday ,women's day , pride day etc celebration.

Job security also not much good. Apparsail and salary depends upon location and for pune and banglore is very bad appraisal. Promotions is very rare . Learning is not good .

No Management Worst work culture. Toxic people, you will never feel valued and comfortable with manager. People who have been there for more than 10years are the real spoiler of work environment. They don't care what management has said to them...Not at all good place to work. It was horrible experience.

Dislikes

I have been offered less salary than what has been promised before interview IN HR interviews said I will be responsible for L2 BUT given L1 ( I have 10 years of experience) In HR/ manager interview dint informed about late evening/ night shifts 😴 They conduct some exams for employees after training it's nothing but harassment Harman HR are not transferent while recruiting employees 🙄
