They give salary on time. Training for interns are really good and helpful.

Dislikes

They put freshers on benched project and take multiple surprise tests and later says this are part of project and no real life project work given. Gave low ratings intentionally and put into pip for cost cutting and layoff. Very rude behaviour of HR. Called for wfo and manager himself don't come to office. forced to resign.(in my team 7 people out of 14) Don't give bonus on time. Manager don't contact or help his team members. Asked for resignation just after 2 days of calling people to do wfo. Don't give written documentation about the discussions in meetings so that they can lie in future discussions or team calls.

Good compensation, good employee rewards and gifts, good clients

I worked in the client location in the client office, only once did i meetup with 5-6 harman employees, so could not really imbibe much in the company culture

Salary is the only best part, they give you salary what you asked. After that you forget your personal life, health, mental peace, family. "If you want ONLY money than it is right place for you."

Dislikes

Next level politics, partially (if you are from same state or city of your boss than it is great place), Hug partiality with West, North & East guys because most of peoples are from south India.

No Management Worst work culture. Toxic people, you will never feel valued and comfortable with manager. People who have been there for more than 10years are the real spoiler of work environment. They don't care what management has said to them...Not at all good place to work. It was horrible experience.

I have been offered less salary than what has been promised before interview IN HR interviews said I will be responsible for L2 BUT given L1 ( I have 10 years of experience) In HR/ manager interview dint informed about late evening/ night shifts 😴 They conduct some exams for employees after training it's nothing but harassment Harman HR are not transferent while recruiting employees 🙄
