No free canteen. During audit period you have to work for extra hours but nobody will ask you for snack, tea or transportation. Health Insurance is for self and spouse only. You will get salary increment first but increment letter after three or four months.

...nisation HR completing doing cheating with candidate coming good organisation. Very horrible terms and conditions about leaves , no compensation about relocation, purposely extending probation period of all new commer at all levels to avoid apperisal and increment. Management involved at very very micro level, no appericiation, lose comments from old idiot people doesn't have the respective subject knowledge. I would recommend no person from good organisation should join this organisation. Even full and final settlement also getting is here problem it takes long period 1- 1.5 period which also not sure , my so many colleagues left from this organisation had very bad experience. Lots of internal politics.

No good organisation, no professionalism, HR department need take about professionalism, not transparent policies.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fakt that I am a part of a team that market's reliable high quality products and have a global clite base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes ,I have to work 12-13 hour's

No any one facility for employee. Engeneer also shift drums and bags ,tratment for all employee is very bad . After joining remember all these things . HR department is like Satta Bazar ( Matka) . In First Shift 7 to 15 but in Harman no fix time shift like 7 amto 18.pm

Owner of the company is gentleman but people around are not willing to develop. Production oriented company and no basic facilities like canteen or seating place for meal are not provided. Tea coffee is not given to employees

Everything except timely going home and increments
