This is a consultancy company. Salary is very low like 12k. There is no job security. They will send off you when they got 0 projects. This is like software learning class for 2 months. After 2 months they kickout off from company.

Don't expect any promotion, appraisal, company benefits for an management side. Salary was not credited properly. Not an flexible work hours. No cab and food allowance. HR response is too worst in management

The only good thing about Harita is the connection to the client it has. If you are places in a good and reputed client, you'll gain a lot of knowledge.

The HR department is abysmally poor with terrible attitude. Forget timely salary credits, they have excuses every month for the delay. The appraisal procedures are lengthy and unnecessary and very low.
