They give us full freedom on planning and execution.they have surplus man and machine power.

They are very precise in daily targets at anycost we have to achieve our daily goals at the end of the day. there is no working timing. We have to work 16 hrs a day some time its extended upto 24 hrs and we get 8 hrs rest.
